This site collects as little as it can, and none of it is ever sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.

Booking inquiries. When you send an inquiry, what you type in the form is emailed to Heather and stored on this site so that a mail failure cannot lose it. It is used to answer you and to keep track of the booking, and nothing else. Inquiries are kept for two years and then deleted.

Visits. Visits are counted with Matomo, running on a server we control at stats.websitereactor.com. It is configured without cookies, your IP address is shortened before it is stored, and a Do Not Track signal from your browser is honoured. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no tag manager, and no third-party fonts or scripts — which is also why there is no cookie banner to click.

Your information. Under PIPEDA you may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email Heather and she will do it.
